RESET Product Solution

Reset has currently got the only solution to assist the lower to middle income bracket, by addressing the core issue and providing a solution that improves credit scores up until the point that employees can be directed to asset-based products.

The process starts with our partnership with our financial service providers, who only works through the Reset ADMP where we have signed agreements to do Third Party Deductions at various employers.

These credit partners are currently the only FSP that assists employees with low credit scores with consolidation loans which is the first step in the Reset Process and your journey to financial freedom.

Financial Wellness Solutions

For employees to improve their credit scores to access Asset based products at Banks is not an overnight occurrence, through the Reset journey employees will start seeing improvement with the goals they set themselves resulting in access to key financial products.

For this reason, we have a financial wellness platform that employees can access via our mobile app designed for our credit partners. It consists of learning modules (easy to use and understand) and reward levels for the employee, through our wellness program we look to change the behaviour of the employee to help them make better financial decisions in the future and keep them on their journey to financial freedom.

We also have other benefits a consumer can access as they progress though their wellness journey. These learning modules are fully customisable to employer specifics with an added benefit of adding employer based leaning/training material. Part of the financial journey will be access to key tools like a budgeting tool as well as a home loan and First Home Finance calculator.

Housing Solutions

Reset’s housing solution is a holistic solution to the issue of housing amongst employed individuals within South Africa. Through our five key solutions like bond origination, First Home Finance Subsidy, home improvement, Legal and finding your perfect home partners we fill the gap in in a holistic approach to the overall housing problem.

Firstly, for employees who may already qualify for housing, Reset has partnered with selected bond originators who guarantees exceptional service delivery through all major FSP’s suppling bonds. This means that employees are going to be receiving the best possible deal through these partnerships.

Secondly, Reset can assist employees to apply for First Homeowners subsidy through the Government. This subsidy is not linked to any sort of credit scoring, therefore all employees that fall into the criteria to qualify will be assisted in this process.

Thirdly, Reset has a legal partner that can assist all employees with any legal questions, paper, assistance etc. that they may require.

Fourthly, we have a national realtor partner, that can assist employees in finding the ideal property or home.

Lastly Home Improvement applications will be assisted through some of our key partners located country wide.

All employees that currently do not qualify for home loans will be taken through the Reset process to assist them in building the correct credit profile to qualify for a home loan. The Reset Process is explained in the following section.

Debt Review Removal

One of the biggest issues in the South African market that is keeping consumers from accessing asset-based products, are being under Debt Review. Through a combined effort between ourselves and debt counsellors, we can assist in the process to reconcile and settle the customer’s outstanding debt and remove the customers debt review status, should all requirements be met.
