The Mobile App enables customers and field agents to onboard themselves or customers, respectively.
Document upload of all the required documentation, for example, their ID document, payslips, bank statements and proof of residence, capture other required details such as their bank account, minimum monthly expenses etcetera.
It is available on the Apple App Store, Google Play Store and Huawei App Gallery.
After registration, the customer can sign required documentation on the mobile app, streamlining the onboarding process.
