A customer is onboarded by either making use of the Mobile Application or directly on the LAP.
Integrations
Integrations are available depending on the requirements of the Financial Service Provider making use of the LAP and depending on the operating region. We have done integrations with credit and risk centres and credit bureaus.
Lending Rules and Affordability Calculations
The LAP has advanced lending and affordability rules built in. The rules of LAP are fully customisable by the Financial Service Provider with additional rules available at the request of the Financial Service Provider.
Customer Communication
The LAP can communicate with the customer through WhatsApp (conversational),Text Messaging, Email and Mobile App.
